Shipping Policy
The shipping of homecoming mums and garters will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be the responsibility of the purchaser. All orders will be sent via FedEx, UPS, or USPS flat rates with insurance included. Tracking information will be provided once it becomes available. Please note that Sadie and Cali Co will not be responsible for your order once it has been handed off to the carrier.
Pick Up
Pick up is the preferred method for receiving your order. Homecoming mums and garters can be collected on Wednesday after 6 PM during the week of your homecoming. We will contact you to arrange a convenient pick-up day and time, along with the address. If you have special circumstances, please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Delivery
We're excited to offer delivery services to our surrounding communities whenever possible. If we can accommodate your area, we will reach out to make arrangements for a small fee. Please note that during our busy season, our time may be limited particularly during weeks with overlapping homecomings. We appreciate your understanding!
Changes and Cancellations
We’re thrilled to have you here! We totally get that life happens and sometimes you need to cancel. If we haven’t started working on your project yet, we’ll gladly provide a refund minus a $25 fee to cover supplies and design efforts. You can make unlimited changes before we kick off, but once we’re rolling, only few tweaks will be possible if they don’t require deconstruction. We’re excited to meet your needs, so getting started early will make your homecoming experience truly amazing!
